A 9-round international tournament, open to players – of any playing strength – from both New Zealand and abroad. Everyone is welcome. Chess is for everyone – drop by and watch 10-year-old kids battling on equal terms with the experienced adults.

Queenstown Primary School Holiday Programme

Club QPS provides a safe, fun, welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5 to 13 years old. The holiday programme offers a varied and stimulating programme for kids with use of the school grounds, library, hall and swimming pool.  Children must bring their lunch, drink bottle, sunhat and snacks for morning and afternoon tea.

Lake Wanaka Half

All the beauty of the legendary Challenge Wanaka course but at half the distance. The course follows the same spectacular route as Challenge Wanaka with a 1.9km swim, 90km cycle and 21.1km run. For teams and individuals.

The Youth Booth

Challenge Wanaka
