Wanaka’s legendary movie theatre moves outdoors to present free outdoor movies for the whole family to enjoy. Bring your late night snacks and a rug (or couch) and enjoy an evening under the stars courtesy of Cinema Paradiso.

When: on dark 09.50pm (ish) 2, 3, 8, 9, 22, 23 January
Cost: Free
Screenings are weather permitting.

Town meets Country! Lots of family entertainment. Horses, ponies, showjumping, sheep dogs, stud sheep, childrens pets, side shows, lawn mower race. Special guest this year is TV’s Te Radar.

The Frontrunner Sky Run & Outside Sports Sky Ride

The Frontrunner Sky Run & Outside Sports Sky Ride will be held at the Snow Farm on Saturday 9th January. The race is held on the Snow Farm’s cross country trails. There will be a 5km, 10km and Half Marathon Run as well as a 21km and 30km Mountain Bike races for everyone to participate and have fun – also thousand’s of dollars worth of prizes to be won. What better way to start the New Year!!!
